The Functional Way is based solely on the principles of anatomy and exercise physiology. It is practical for everyday use, and all based on functional, and therapeutic, movement. My goal as a Personal Trainer is to provide exercise programs that strengthen and maintain a functional lifestyle, and that focus on helping you in your everyday activities. I also aim to provide this exercise programming for elderly clients in need of functional exercise and who want to retain their strength and vigor for as long as possible. To provide such programs, I endeavor to really get to know my clients and their everyday lifestyle and routines so that I can give them specific exercises that will help them on their job and any other physical activity they do daily. This is what makes it "The Functional Way".
